These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Vilvam Nature website and app, and any order you place through it. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our Products

We sell organic fruits, vegetables, rice, and cold-pressed oils sourced from our own farm. Because these are fresh, farm-grown products, availability varies with season and harvest, and the exact appearance, size, or weight of what you receive may vary slightly from photos shown on the site.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Retail and wholesale customers may see different pricing, including tiered wholesale pricing based on order quantity. Prices are subject to change, but the price shown at checkout is what you'll be charged for that order.

Orders & Payment

We accept UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD), where available for your area. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds (or immediately, for COD orders).

You're responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number so we can deliver successfully.

Delivery

We currently deliver only within our serviceable areas in Chennai. Whether we can deliver to your address, the delivery charge, and the estimated delivery time are shown before you complete checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, traffic, or supply availability.

Cancellations, Quality Issues & Refunds

• You may cancel an order while it's still Pending (i.e. before it's confirmed for dispatch).
• Because we sell perishable produce, we don't offer general returns once an order is delivered. If an item arrives damaged, spoiled, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can make it right — with a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
• Refunds for cancelled or unfulfillable orders are issued back to your original payment method.

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your phone number and account secure, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. One account is tied to one phone number.

Limitation of Liability

We work hard to get every order right, but to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the value of that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including our name, logo, photos, and descriptions — belongs to Vilvam Nature and may not be reused without our permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our service grows. Continuing to use Vilvam Nature after a change means you accept the updated terms.
